I would say this works,    however, you will need to open it up and adjust the voltage back to 12 v
I was going to charge some Ham Radio gear and turn it up to 13.5vdc
like much professional video gear used in broadcasting the news room doesn’t have good sense !!! ,
this is dinged and kind of beat up, but it works
so if you need this its a bargain,

doesn’t seem too fair to charge on the shipping,   BUT   that’s the way it is ,,!!
so if I sell you something for $5       I make     $4.03   That’s on the “product” ,  then shipping is totally NUTS

they just keep going up !! REMEMBER, almost nothing ships for much less than $4.00..
A 50lb box it won’t be three bucks !!!
